Warranty Period

• Lifetime Warranty – All permanent license keys are covered until the manufacturer’s official end-of-support date.
  
  
• Prepaid Yearly Products – Warranty is valid for the full prepaid period.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Defects caused by improper use of the software.
• Licenses used by the customer.
• Unauthorized modifications.
• Use in inappropriate hardware or software environments.
• Use of triggers or “crackers”.
• Use of the license on multiple devices.

Defect Resolution

In the event of defects in the software, the customer is offered the following options:

• Our customer support team will attempr to repair the defect.
• Replace the key.

Grant of Rights in Software and Permitted Use

This clause is exclusive to the acquisition of license keys. Upon completion of payment, the customer obtains a non-exclusive and unlimited right to use the software as stipulated in the contract. The software can only be used by a certain number of users, corresponding to the amount purchased.

Actions permitted under this license include:

• Installing the software.
• Loading it into memory.
• Using it according to its intended function.

The customer also has the right to create a backup copy of the software if deemed necessary to ensure its future use.
